The challenge was that while the platform’s value was clear to engineers, its architecture was difficult to communicate to broader stakeholders. My role was to extract the CTO’s technical vision through a series of working sessions and translate it into a visual system map that clearly explains how CoreCONNECT works. The result is a diagram that balances technical accuracy with clarity, making it useful for both sales conversations and internal alignment.
